"Man facing murder charges for allegedly stabbing ex-wife to death

Metro Police say another man stabbed his ex-wife to death, last night.
It happened on Humus Avenue near Warm Springs and Jones.
50-year-old Edwin Magbanua is now facing murder charges.
Police say he stabbed his ex-wife multiple times.
She later died at the hospital."

Saw this on the news the other night while surfing the channels. Mom remarked how close it was to our house. At the same time, I remarked that a friend of mine had that last name. Put two and two together, and found out this is my friend's parents.
Something similar happened to a friend of mine when I was in 6th grade. And I think about this soo differently now then I thought of that situation. Sooooo terrible :[

That is terrible. I can't even watch the news anymore for this very reason...too much evil, people you know, close to your house, scary....it's always one of those things, if not a combo of them all!
